Sarah Quinn, MA, LPC-S

One-size-fits-all therapy is not how I roll.  I see my clients as the experts on their life and their challenges. My clients know that, in working with me, we will find the tools and strategies that work best for their situation and capacity. My clients describe me as positive, affirming, and direct. They know they get to show up exactly how they are, no filters needed.

My goal is that we end each session knowing that it was time well spent- whether you needed a space to vent and be validated, learn a new coping strategy, or find an effective approach to take with your kids or partner to make your home life less stressful.

My clients tend to be motivated, curious, and committed to the process, and know that I’m here for them even when it gets challenging. We’ll celebrate progress, dig deep to figure out how to heal past hurts, and draw on strengths that may have been hidden or forgotten. I love laughing with clients, leaning into the struggle, and I’m here for the tears, too.

My professional training and experience includes work in forensic mental health, foster and adoption communities, at-risk youth, narcissistic abuse recovery, ADHD coaching and neurodivergence support, crisis counseling, family systems, relational therapy, hypnotherapy, EMDR, and couples counseling. I also supervise LPC associates and run several consulting groups, along with obtaining continuing education on a regular basis, of course. Beyond my education and training, I’ve also lived through many of the challenges and social or family dynamics my clients are facing. I can confidently and compassionately say I get it, and there is hope.

I believe that people do well when they can, and sometimes we need a little help to get to the next level of healthy and happy. Whether you’re thinking of investing in your own wellbeing, need support in repairing your relationship, or looking for help for your child, you don’t have to walk this path alone.  Reach out today to schedule a free consultation and let’s talk about how I can help.
